Hello, and welcome to my humble userpage.

[edit]

I am a student in Johns Hopkins University's class of 2011 with a strong interest in computers, mathematics, and sustainability. I currently plan on majoring in Computer Engineering, possibly with a focus on robotics and other integrated electromechanical systems.

I am a Mac user, though I am less "for" Apple than I am "against" Microsoft, and I decry proprietary design in all forms. I promote the use of open-source software and POSIX/SUS-based operating systems, as well as open, flexible hardware (hypocritically, I own none, although I plan to change that.)

My favorite activities include programming, gaming, and reading.

As a Wikipedian, I contribute mainly minor edits, concentrating on removing typos, technical inaccuracies and ambiguity. I've also started creating some (mostly gaming-related) custom userboxes, which anyone is of course free to use.

While you are here, stop by to leave a comment on my talk page.
